As soon as the project site is ready, our survey and design team visit and take all site dimensions required utilising the most up to date measuring technology. We use 3D scanning, laser range finders and rotary/fixed laser to get an accurate make up of site conditions. Using Tekla, Autocad and Advance Steel we can create 3D models and CAD drawings of your metal products before fabrication. We also use external Structural Engineers to make sure all structures meet engineering requirements. This ensures that your metal products meet your exact specifications.

Utilising the 3D models and fabrication drawing packs, our skilled fabricators manufacture all components exactly to the drawings using modern techniques and machinery. All external suppliers for any sub contracted parts are fully vetted to ensure alignment with the fabrication process. This is the same for material suppliers, we have access to most of the main metal, glass and coatings suppliers in the UK.

We offer a variety of metal finishing and coating services to protect your metal products from rust and corrosion. Our finishing services include stainless steel polishing by hand and machinery, galvanising, powder coating, anodizing, and painting.

Our services include full site installation anywhere in the UK. Our site operatives all carry various site tickets which includes CSCS, IPAF, SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Harness User and First Aid. We also work alongside various haulage companies, crane hire companies and hire companies so we have the correct equipment at our disposal. All site specific RAMS are surveyed and written in house and conveyed to our operatives on site before any site work commencing. 

Whilst our own snagging is usually caught prior to completing on site, we know from experience some things can crop up form time to time. We look to attend site as early as the next working day and attend to any issues that may have arisen be it a broken glass panel, scratched stainless steel or other damages that can occur when we have left site. Rest assured these will be taken care of for you and we always attend to these as an extension of our service to you and we do not overcharge for this service.

If you are struggling on your own project and need additional site crews to assist metal or glass installation then get in touch. Our vans are fully kitted out for most projects and can be on site as early as next day if programs allow. All crews are ticketed the same as if it were our own project. Rates can either be day rates or fixed price with travel, accommodation and sustenance added.
